Outdoor Workouts at Juniper Valley Park

Start your weekend strong with these energizing full-body workouts designed to challenge and inspire. Each 45-minute session combines strength training, cardio bursts, and mobility work—all modified to meet you at your fitness level.

Breathe in the fresh air, feel the sun on your skin, and experience the unique energy that comes from moving your body in community with others who share your commitment to wellness.

The Details:

  • When: Saturdays, 9:00 AM (May through October)

  • Where: Juniper Valley Park (main lawn near 71st Street)

  • Cost: $15 drop-in fee / $50 for 4-class package

  • What to Bring: Exercise mat, water bottle, light dumbbells (optional), towel

What to Expect: 45-minute full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels
